Milwaukee Ridge is a housing development located at 34th Street and Milwaukee Avenue in Lubbock, Texas that performs background checks on all prospective homeowners to prevent any sex offenders from living in its confines. The arrangement is believed to be the first of its type in the United States. Betenbough Homes (806.797.9494), Lubbock's largest home builder is building Brand New Brick homes with 1,300 Square Feet to 2,500 Square Feet, priced from the $90s in Milwaukee Ridge. Betenbough Homes has 4 fully furnished, professionally decorated and landscaped model homes at 82nd Street and Quincy Avenue, (about 3 miles south of 34th Street and one-half mile west of Milwaukee). The model homes showcase the homes which can be built in Milwaukee Ridge. Betenbough Homes always has some completed homes ready for quick move-in, some of which may be in Milwaukee Ridge.

The subdivision is 213 acres (862,000 m²) in size.
