Milwaukee Police Association

The Milwaukee Police Association is Local 21 of the International Union of Police Associations, AFL-CIO. It represents police officers, detectives, police aides, and a number of other non-supervisory employees [1] of the police department of the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Its current president is John Balcerzak, an officer best known elsewhere for his connection to the Jeffrey Dahmer case.
