Milton Thaiday

Milton Thaiday (born 15 February 1980) is an Aboriginal rugby league player for the Newcastle Knights in the National Rugby League competition. He previously played for the New South Wales Waratahs in rugby union Milton was playing rugby league for the Lismore Tigers when he was recruited by Waratah assistant coach Garry Ella and lured to Sydney on a training contract, where he announced himself in style as a exciting utility back, he looked like one of the Waratahs’ most promising new talents, however he was released from his New South Wales Waratahs contract after a battle with alcoholism Milton Thaiday came across from rugby union in 2005 and was one of the Knights shining lights in their wooden spoon season. His position of choice is at Fullback Thaiday has confirmed his status as one of the most exciting fullback prospects in the game and is right up there amongst the best fullbacks in the game.
