Milton Lilbourne FC is a youth football team. It was founded in 2003 by ex-manager Colin Gordon, although in the summer of 2006 he left for personal reasons leaving the assistant manager John Boynton in charge with a new assistant as Graham Lay.

[edit] Past Seasons

In the first season (2003/2004) the club came bottom of the Test Way Youth Football League in the under 12's section. They only manged to win one game.


The second season (2004/2005) showed a marked improvement with several new players joining including a new goalkeeper (Will Edwards). The club played in the same league but in the under 13's section. The club came 3rd from bottom of the league.


The third season (2005/2006) showed yet another improvement as the club jumped to 7th place with 11 wins 4 draws and 9 losses.

The club is now in its fourth season (2006/2007)and are playing in the under 15's section of the Testway Youth Football league. They are doing well under the new management. After 10 games the club had won 7, drawn 0 and lost 3. They were 3rd in the league with their biggest win coming on 9th December 2006 against Sutton Scotney. the final score was Milton 10 Sutton Scotney 0.

The club plays in the village of Milton Lilbourne on the villages village hall recreation ground.

Milton Lilbourne is a small village near Marlborough in Wiltshire, which is a county in the south west of England.

Although the club has never won the league or cup it has won the Pewsey Vale F.C. under 15's 6 a side tournement. The tournement consisted of 6 round robin matches the a semi final and a final. In all 8 games Miltons Goalkeeper Will Edwards kept a clean sheet.
