Milt Woodard

Milt Woodard was an American sports writer and sport executive. He attended the College of Puget Sound in Washington were he was baseball star. He later had a distinguised career as a sportswriter for the Tacoma News Tribune and the Chicago Sun-Times. He also served as the president of the American Football League from July of 1966 to March of 1970 when the league offically became part of the National Football League.
