Milo, Bishop of Reims and Trier
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Milo was the bishop of Reims (717-744) and Trier (717-744), as his uncle and father, Saint Liutwin, had been before him. He resisted being replaced by Abel for a long time before he was finally deposed. He accumulated much of the riches of his dioceses and was a favourite of Charles Martel. He died, killed by a wild boar, in 753 or 758.
