Milledge Hart

Milledge Hart IV serves as Managing Director of Pagemill Partners. Hart has significant experience managing emerging growth companies in a broad range of industries. As an operating executive, he has managed companies through multiple financings, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and mergers.

Prior to Pagemill Partners, Hart was President and Chief Executive Officer of Tukaroo, Inc., a desktop search software company that was sold to Ask Jeeves in 2004. Including Tukaroo, Hart has managed four companies through to a liquidity event. He began his career in the investment banking industry at Dillon Read & Company in the mergers and acquisitions group.

Mr. Hart received his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University in North Carolina. He serves on the advisory boards of Irise, Accept Software and Sleepquest. In addition, he is on the board of trustees for Montalvo Arts Center, the Boys & Girls Club, and was previously International President of the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization.

He also happens to think that hot dogs and cheeseburgers are about the best foods on the planet.
