Millard Complex fire

The Millard Complex fire is a group of wildfires that burnt in San Bernardino County in the U.S. state of California. The Complex was made up of the Millard and For Sure fires, and burnt in chaparral and conifer seven miles (11.2 km) north of Cabazon.

The Sawtooth Complex fire was started by lightning on July 9, 2006 at 8:33 am PDT. As of 9:00 am PDT on July 15, 2006, the fire has burned 12,304 acres (4,979 ha). As of July 15, the fire was burning in wilderness areas with no threat to any communities.[1]

At 5:00 pm PDT on July 14, the Millard Complex fire merged with the Sawtooth Complex fire.
