Milka Tadić

Milka Tadić (also known as Milka Tadić-Mijović) is a democratic activist in Podgorica, Montenegro. She is the editor of The Monitor magazine, which has long championed democratic opposition to Serbia and independence for Montenegro. She spoke with Bill Clinton in Sarajevo in July 1999, urging him to support Montenegrin independence.
