"Milk It", a song from the 1993 album In Utero by Nirvana, was taken for release as the B-side to the hit single "Heart-Shaped Box". The song, with its murky, freewheeling sound, was described by Kurt Cobain as the new Nirvana. The lyrics discuss the unhealthy relationship between fan and performer, and also explore the woman-body theme of In Utero.
A live version of the song appeared on the live album From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah in 1996.
A demo version of the song was included on CD3 of the Nirvava rarities box set; With the Lights Out which was released in 2004.
