[edit] Fourth Anniversary Show
Ring of Honor begun the Mileston Series with the celebration of their fourth anniversary on February 25, 2006 in Edison, NJ.
- The Briscoe Brothers defeated Tony Mamaluke and Salvatore Rinauro and Jason Blade and Kid Maikze in a three way match.
- Adam Pearce defeated Claudio Castagnoli, Jay Fury and Azrieal in a four corners survival match.
- Samoa Joe defeated Jay Lethal.
- BJ Whitmer vs. Christopher Daniels with Allison Danger and Lacey ended in a no contest.
- During the match, the two wrestled to the floor and into the crowd. While they were in the crowd, CZW wrestlers, led by Chris Hero, ran into the ring halting the show. Hero got on the microphone and antagonized the fans while the CZW wrestlers kept the Ring of Honor roster from getting into the ring. Adam Pearce managed to get and grab a hold of Chris Hero. While the CZW wrestlers attempted to get Pearce off of Hero, the ROH wrestlers managed to get into the ring, creating a massive brawl. When the ROH and CZW wrestlers spilled out to the floor, Hero ran back into the ring and proclaimed on the microphone that nobody could stop him, causing Samoa Joe to appear and answer his challenge. Eventually the CZW wrestlers were ejected from the arena, but that did not stop the brawl. As soon as things had settled down a little, and the ROH wrestlers were left standing in the ring, the Briscoe brothers attacked the ROH Tag Team Champions Generation Next (Austin Aries and Roderick Strong). Jack Evans and Matt Sydal came in to save their teammates, chasing away the Briscoes. Things appeared to be settling down again until Colt Cabana and Homicide came brawling from the back to start their match.
- Homicide with Julius Smokes defeated Colt Cabana in a Ghetto Street fight.
- The referee ended the match after Cabana was no longer in any condition to continue. As Homicide was leaving, Cabana got on the microphone and said the way Homicide was going to when the match was if he killed Cabana. The match restarted, but the referee stopped the match again after Homicide, along with Smokes and Ricky Reyes, tied Cabana to the ring ropes and beat on him. As Homicide was leaving again, Cabana got back on the microphone and said he wasn’t dead yet. Homicide yelled “It’s over” and continued walking out, but Cabana brought up his son, enraging him. Homicide ran down to the ring and the match was restarted for the second time. Despite piledriving Homicide through a table, Cabana lost after the referee stopped the match for the third and final time.
- Bobby Dempsey defeated Mitch Franklin.
- This match was not released on the dvd.
- ROH World Championship match: Bryan Danielson defeated Jimmy Rave with Prince Nana to retain the title.
- Ricky Reyes defeated Jack Evans.

[edit] Arena Warfare
Arena Warfare took place on March 11, 2006 at the famed ECW Arena in Philadelphia, PA. ROH ran a double show with Combat Zone Wrestling, with ROH fans sitting on one side of the arena and CZW fans sitting on the other. The two companies agreed to run the show months before hand, but a feud had begun between the two companies, which led to several problems before and during the show. Also, ROH decided to honor the ECW Arena by having a Three Way Dance, a match that help make ECW famous, as the main event. However, Samoa Joe had transportation troubles and arrived late to the arena, and ROH was forced to alter the match.

- This match was not released on the dvd.
- Irish Airborne defeated Tony Mamaluke and Sal Rinauro.
- ROH World Championship match: Bryan Danielson (“The best technical wrestler to ever wrestle in the ECW Arena!") defeated Alex Shelley with Prince Nana to retain the title.
- During the match, Shelley became so annoyed by a fat fan chanting “Boring” that he challenged the man to get in the ring and do better (which the audience responded to by chanting “Let’s go fat guy”). When the fan didn’t except the offer, Shelley responded by saying “You know what that makes you, sir? A pussy!”
- Colt Cabana defeated Christopher Daniels with Allison Danger.
- Samoa Joe would face the winner of the match.
- Samoa Joe defeated Colt Cabana.
- Joe arrived late to the arena and didn’t have time to change, so he wrestled in his street close.

Joe calmly walked over the guard rail and grabbed the fan, who tried to run away but was held back by other fans, and handed him to security who carried him out of the building. Whitmer then called out the CZW, resulting in a massive brawl. At first, a few CZW wrestlers emerged and began to brawl with Whitmer and Joe, until Generation Next and students of the ROH Wrestling School showed up to even the odds. The rest of the CZW wrestlers entered the fight, followed by the rest of the ROH locker room. The two companies fought for several minutes, until John Zandig (along with a barbed-wire baseball bat) and Wifebeater (with his trademark weed whacker) entered the fight. Wifebeater ran off the most of the ROH wrestlers with his weed whacker, but BJ Whitmer was held in the ring by the CZW wrestlers. While the Ring of Honor wrestlers fought with some of the CZW wrestlers in the parking lot, the rest tortured Whitmer in the ring. Whitmer, after being ducked taped to the rope, was left defenseless as John Zandig used a staple gun to staple tickets to the ROH show to his back, stomach and forehead. The CZW wrestlers the began to destroy the ROH set, while Zandig held his barbed-wire baseball bat to Whitmer’s head and threatened to kill him if he wasn’t handed a microphone. As soon as he was handed a microphone, Jimmy Bower screamed on commentary to cut filming, as the dvd faded black.
