Milenko Aćimović (born 15 February 1977 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Slovenian footballer, who after playing for Lille in France for 2 1/2 seasons, has joined Al Ittihad in Saudi for the 2006-07 season.
His former clubs include Olimpija Ljubljana, Crvena Zvezda (Red Star Belgrade) and Tottenham Hotspur. He represented Slovenia at World Cup 2002, scoring in their 1-3 defeat to Paraguay in Seogwipo.
