[edit] Synopsis
Jason, KC, Emma, Will and Lehann, Fresh cabin crew, arrive at Stanstead Airport and discuss Emma’s upcoming beach wedding. New recruit Marco arrives for his flight to Valencia. He is directed to a briefing room and leaves his baggage in the lounge area.
While Emma is with her fiancé Ian, Janis Steel, the purser in charge of Emma, Lehann and Jason’s flight to Alicante announces that the Captain will be Richard Beardsley and the First Officer John Bryson, who is an ex-boyfriend of Emma. Onboard, Lehann tries to warn Emma that John is in the flight deck, but is interrupted by passengers boarding.
Marco realises he has been waiting in the wrong briefing room and rushes off to discover that his bag has been removed by security and that the transport to his aircraft has already left. He arrives onboard his flight behind the last of the passenger where Will takes quite a fancy to him. After take-off he panics during a bar round, dropping and spilling drinks.
Emma serves the flight crew drinks and is shocked to see John and he is as shocked to find out she is getting married the next day. She rushes to the rear toilet and, lights up a cigarette. As she exits, a passenger, Rory, enters after her. When he exits Janis accuses him of smoking. Rory is about to accuse Emma of being the last person to have been in the toilet, but after seeing Lehann’s pleading face, retracts saying anyone could have been in before him. Jason meanwhile serves an attractive passenger, Chrissie and slips her a free bottle of champagne. She asks him to check on her husband who revealed to be in the overhead locker… in an urn. She is returning him to his family to claim her inheritance. On arrival in Alicante, Rory slips Lehann his card which reveals he is a stripper. She ventures the question, would he be free that evening…? As the crew depart John offers Emma gifts from Havana which she declines.
In Valencia Marco is whisked away to Alicante by Will and K.C. for the hen party. Jason meets up with Chrissie who reveals she has come to find Jason because she wants sex with him. They go back to his room and leave her husband is in his urn outside the door while they have sex. Emma meets with John on the beach. He tells her he still loves her and that he should have said it six-months previously. Emma says it is too late. The two crews go nightclubbing and Marco is concerned that they should return to Valencia. Rory arrives in a pilot’s uniform and performs a strip for Emma to everybody’s amusement. Will suggests to Marco they go for a walk. Marco begins to realise Will might be being a little more than friendly. Will loses Marco who hails a cab for the airport where he is robbed. K.C. picks Will up on the street, and they head back to Valencia. Lehann returns to the hotel with Rory and Emma goes down to the pool area and has sex with John in the pool.
In the morning Marco asks a couple of Spanish air hostesses for help. They take him to the crew hotel, where they clean out his room of valuables and leave him floating naked in the pool on a lilo. When Jason wakes he realises Chrissies husbands ashes are missing from outside his room. He gets back the urn, without the ashes. Jason and Chrissie fill up the urn with tobacco and Jason finds out Chrissie’s husbands estate is worth £5.3 million. Janis is taken out to the pool area where she is shown Marco fast asleep on a lilo in the pool. She punctures the lilo with her heel and wakes him proclaiming his to be the shortest career as a flight attendant. She arranges his return to London as a passenger.
John tells Emma she can’t love Ian if she has just slept with him. Lehann tells John to give his blessing to Emma’s wedding. She reveals to him that Emma had taken an overdose when John had left her six months before. She tells him if he really loved her then he would let her go. John leaves. Emma and Ian marry.

K.C. is called from standby for a flight to Palma with Lehann, James and Jules. Onboard she meets Michael Webb who is number 57 on the rich list. After giving him some extra attention, his aide Dougie tells him he though the girl he had booked was called Traci. Michael replies that he must have misheard. Dougie clocks Lehann, saying he prefers her to K.C. During the service, Michael arranges to meet K.C. that evening on his yacht. In Palma, K.C. spends €3000 on a dress for her date which she puts it on her Fresh credit card and plans to return it in the morning. Lehann says that the company may fire her for using the credit card, or at the least take the money out of her wages for the next year. K.C. arranges for Lehann to ring at midnight so she can make her excuses and leave.
Marco is awaiting his hearing after being suspended, unbeknown to his parents. He receives a phone call from his mother, panics and spills his drink over himself and Janis, who screams at him. While she dries herself off, he seems attracted to her. Will arrives, as a representative for Marco’s hearing, and Marco reveals his parents never wanted him to take the job as crew. Kevin Macmillan, Fresh’s head of personnel describes the events of Marco’s suspension and Will’s defence that he and K.C. were partially to blame fall on deaf ears. During a recess Will confronts Kevin, someone whom he has a past with, and performs oral sex on him. As the meeting recommences Kevin tells Marco that he is back flying as of seven o’clock the next morning.
As K.C. arrives at Michael’s yacht. He kisses her and then suggests dinner, before business. Lehann falls asleep and K.C. and Michael end up making love.
Will invites Marco back to the crew flat hoping he will move in. When they arrive Jason and First Officer John are partying. Will suggests he stays the night in Lehann’s bed as she is away. John sleeps in Emma’s old bed, which is in the room she used to share with Lehann. As Marco dreams of Janis dressed in lingerie he awakes to find Will staring down at him. He jumps into bed with him, horrifying Marco, and then Emma walks in, back from her honeymoon with Ian, shocked at seeing the boys in bed together as well as John, her ex boyfriend, in her bed. John leaves. Ian reveals that the flat they were going to rent has fallen through which is why they have returned. Marco goes to leave, but Will tells him he can sleep on the couch – he won’t try it on again.
K.C. wakes to a man who hands her an envelope full of money, realising Michael believed she was a prostitute. She flushes the money down the toilet and runs from the yacht, tearing her dress as she goes. Lehann is angry at K.C. for throwing away the money. Lehann tells K.C. to get ready for the flight and heads out to find Michael’s yacht where she claims K.C. has left her handbag. She forces entry inside, against the protestations of the boat boy, who then calls the police. She scoops out the money from the toilet and flees, pursued by two policemen.
Janis tells Marco on his first flight back that he won’t last. She tears strips off him while he imagines her in a black leather dominatrix outfit. As the flight boards, Janis barks orders at Marco. Will looks on despairingly. While Janis announces the Rome flight arrival Marco is captivated by her cleavage. As the aircraft arrives on stand he goes to place his door in manual and reaches for the door handle instead. Will spots it and stops him. Janis lays into Marco again over the consequences of opening a door in automatic, and Will tells her to give him a break. He tells Will he will hand in his notice at the end of the day. Will tells him he can’t quit now because of all he has done to him and gives him a herbal pill to calm him down.
Boarding the flight from Palma to London, Lehann is approached by Dougie and asked if he should contact the agency to meet up with her or go through her directly. Lehann asks what he means and he says that he thought if her friend was ‘on the game’ then maybe she was as well. Michael boards the plane and Lehann walks off. Michael hands K.C. his jacket and asks her to deal with it. She hands it to James telling him that a passenger picked it up in the terminal by mistake. In flight, while Michael is in the toilet, K.C. enters to his surprise and asks why he thought she was a prostitute. He tells her she was booked by him – or a girl named Traci was booked for him. K.C. realises who was meant to be on the flight before he was called for it – Traci Rogers. In London Michael is horrified to learn that his jacket has been left in Palma knowing he will be severely delayed at passport control. As K.C. and Lehann return to the Fresh Centre, K.C. spots Traci Rodgers. She confronts her about being a prostitute. Traci threatens her and tells her that if she didn’t go around acting like a whore, she wouldn’t be taken for one.
Janis is surprised at the calm transformation of Marco. Will tells Janis he told her he’d be OK. He continues to impress Janis onboard the flight from Rome to London. She asks him to rest for a moment – but he says he is fine. Marco asks Will where he can get the pills that he gave him from. Will tells him they were ecstasy. Marco is horrified. Janis approaches and tells Marco she was wrong about him and that he did a good job. As she walks away, Will tells him she he thinks Janis may have a soft spot for him. Marco envisages dominatrix Janis again.

In Barcelona, in charge crew member James leaves Emma in charge of the aircraft after he collapses, much to the annoyance of another crew member Jackie. A passenger, Stuart Wingate boards and shows anger at his treatment by the crew as he requests a bulkhead seat. In flight, Wingate confronts Emma aggressively and after consultation with Captain Beardsley and First Officer John Bryson, it is decided that Wingate should be restrained. After this is done the Captain returns the aircraft to Barcelona and it is grounded there because of an air traffic control strike. Emma is upset because she is missing out on house hunting with her husband, Ian. Because of the air traffic control strike all the hotels in Barcelona are busy and Jackie and Emma have to share a room while the Captain and John share another. John is evicted from his room because the Captain is entertaining and bunks in with the girls. Jackie makes a move on him in the night while Emma feigns sleep.
Jason places a bet with Will that he can get Marco laid by a woman to prove he is straight. On a flight to Amsterdam Jason, makes Marco serve free drinks to a couple of female passengers and is caught by Janis. As Will checks the cabin is secure before returning to London he notices a couple of girls, Truda and Kerstin who run a gay porn website. He asks them if it is they can they do him a favour. The girls arrange to meet with Jason and Marco after the flight. They tell them they are photo journalists. They take photos of the boys undressing each other during a game of strip poker at the boys flat. Lehann returns from work and catch Kerstin spiking their drinks. The girls leave with Jason and Marco and return to the airport where Kerstin suggests having sex with them on a plane. Jason takes them to an aircraft simulator – the closest he can get to a real aircraft and the girl’s drug them.
In the morning Emma argues with John and runs to the roof of the hotel for a cigarette. Wingate appears and tells Emma that he has lost his chance of getting custody of his child because of her. John appears and tells Wingate it was not Emma’s fault. His pleas fall on deaf ears – Wingate advances on Emma and throws himself off the roof. On arrival back in London John apologises about the way he acted with Jackie the night before. Emma forgives him.
As Janis shows around a group of new entrant cabin crew members she stumbles across a naked Marco and Jason. When they return to the crew report centre they are greeted by Will, who shows them the girls’ internet site. There are incriminating photos of the boys, as well as an offer to bid for Marco’s underwear. Lehann enters wearing a T-shirt with a picture of the boys printed on it, and proceeds to sell more to her laughing colleagues at £5.99. To prove his heterosexuality Jason kisses Lehann in front of his colleagues.
