Milap Chand Jain is a former chief justice of Rajasthan High Court.

He was born in 1929 in Jodhpur in indian state of Rajasthan and studied B Com and LLM .

He was appointed as a judge of Rajasthan High Court in 1978 and rose to become chief justice .

He was the chairman of Jain Commission set up by the Government of India to inquire into corruption .
