Milagros is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Masbate, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 44,575 people in 8,304 households.

Milagros' current mayor (2004-2007) under the term of Governor Antonio Kho is Mayor Bernadito A. Abapo while its current vice-mayor is Vice-Mayor Antonino M. de Jesus. The most common and popular surname in the municipality of Milagros is "de Jesus". In fact, the former mayor of Milagros have the surname of "de Jesus".
