[edit] WikiProject Fire Protection

First of all, thank you for joining the project!

Probably the first thing to do is to just simply get organized. We still need to gather articles and sort and rate them based on their quality. In other words, we need to get through some "project" issues first. Then we can begin work on the articles themselves.

Also, regarding Achim, it seems that he has some great knowledge, but we just need to get him more knowledgeable on Wikipedia's categorization system, since he and I had previously clashed over that, and I hope I didn't alienate him completely (if nothing else, I think I may have gotten on his nerves). If we can get him into this fold and more knowledgeable on Wikipedia's workings, then that would be absolutely awesome. SchuminWeb (Talk) 01:36, 12 August 2006 (UTC)

You can see a further response on my talk page, below what you wrote.--Achim 02:08, 15 August 2006 (UTC)

Check out http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Bounding as well as the article now. I hope that you will no longer see this as a threat to the commercial interests in your patent http://www.freshpatents.com/Power-strip-with-smoke-detection-auto-shutoff-dt20050804ptan20050168901.php.--Achim 00:11, 20 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bounding

Re: Bounding

Thank you for your suggestion! When you feel an article needs improvement, please feel free to make those changes. Wikipedia is a wiki, so anyone can edit almost any article by simply following the Edit this page link at the top. You don't even need to log in (although there are many reasons why you might want to). The Wikipedia community encourages you to be bold in updating pages. Don't worry too much about making honest mistakes — they're likely to be found and corrected quickly. If you're not sure how editing works, check out how to edit a page, or use the sandbox to try out your editing skills. New contributors are always welcome.
