DING! Goodbye to userboxes for the moment, I'll redo it later...

Hi, I am Mikebloke, otherwise known as Mike (I am also known online as my old alias: Acebloke). My interests include boring things. I'm a british guy, part english (where I got my git'ness from) part scottish (where I get my politic from).

Things you may have missed from the userboxes: I can use both Imperial and Metric units (but then again, which brit can't ? we tend to be brought up with a mix of both). I'm a programmer, mostly of Python or Byond currently. I do read quite a list of webcomics, from humour to dark, serious themes. I like strategy, especialy in games like chess and risk (I decided to leave just Shogi there), and also an able player of poker and blackjack. I am a bit of a video game player, or was in my youth. I still play a bit, but it tends to either be multiplayer games online, or very detailed RPG's or SIM games. I'm a fan of TV series like Farscape and X-files. I can listen to almost any time of music, my only usual turn off is when "singers" screech. I have interests in history, geography, as well as a minor interest in architecture and the arts. I generaly support devolution, and as well as Kernow (Cornwall), I also support more power to Wales and Scotland, the state of Palestine, independence of Taiwan and independence of Chechnya. I'm yet to take a stance on a future state of Kurdistan, or a split of Qubec from Canada. To counter all that politic, I'm also a tarot reader.

Man, are you bored of me now. I'm still not sure quite on the level I'll partake in Wikipedia. I have, however been using this as a very valuable resource for usualy largely unnoticed things for a good long time. I mean, where else can you find the FULL results of many non-western elections in english ?
