Mike Posey is a professional wrestling referee that is currently signed to the World Wrestling Entertainment to referee on the ECW brand. He has previously refereed for TNA and WWE's developmental Deep South Wrestling. Proir to joining the ECW Brand Mike would often appear on Friday Night Smackdown.

Mike was called up to the main roster full time with the addition of the ECW Brand. Making his first ECW appearance at ECW One Night Stand 2006. He would later go on to serve as head referee for the brand between the WWE release of ECW's referees such as John Finnegan and the arrival of Mickie Henson as senior referee. Mike was also slightly involved in the South Philly Screwjob in which he was flung out of the ring by The Big Show allowing Paul Heyman to execute the (kayfabe) screwjob.
