Mihai Dolgan (born March 14, 1942) is a Moldovan singer and composer, born in Petreuca, Bălţi . He created in 1967 the group Noroc. Soloist of Noroc was Lida Botezatu. His song De ce pling chitarele (Why the guitars cry) is sung by the group O-Zone.
