Mieke Buchan (pronounced Me-Ka) is an Australian sports broadcaster and entertainment, lifestyle and travel TV host, working in Los Angeles.

Buchan has covered the world's largest sports and entertainment events, on networks including ESPN, Fox Sports Net, National Geographic, and the Tennis Channel. She has covered events including the Olympics, World Cup Soccer to the Super Bowl & Aria Awards. Buchan has interviewed actors and directors including Anthony Hopkins, Susan Sarandon, Paul Walker, Pierce Brosnan, Ashton Kutcher, Matt Damon and Brett Rattner.

Mieke currently anchors the film review and interview show "STC previews" on the Soundtrack Channel channel. STC is currently in 40+ countries outside the US and launches nationally state-side in August. Buchan is also currently co-hosting Celebrity Poker at the Pechanga on Fox Sports (FSNW). She also hosts Destination Tennis on the Tennis Channel, a travel and lifestyle that visits the locations on the world pro tennis tour and that interviewed tennis players including Anna Kournikova, Kames Blake, Lleytoon Hewitt, Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf

Buchan has co-hosted the last four Super Bowl broadcasts from the field, and describes the big game as "best and worst of American culture thrown in a blender for a few hours .. just incredible!"

  • In 2003, she was nominated for a Logie Award in the Most Popular New Talent (Female) catergory.
  • In 2003 she appeared on the cover of FHM magazine and become one of FHM's 100 sexiest women.
