Mie District, Mie

Mie (三重郡; -gun) is a district located in Mie, Japan.

As of 2003, the district has an estimated population of 68,660 and a density of 530.81 persons per km². The total area is 129.35 km².

On February 7, 2005, the town of Kusu was dissolved after it was merged into the city of Yokkaichi.
