Middletown Station is an Amtrak rail station located about 10 miles east of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania at Union Street and Mill Street, Middletown, Pennsylvania. The station is located in the south end of Middletown, very close to the borough's primary north/south commercial street (Union Street). It is served by most Amtrak Keystone Service trains.

The station is simply a bus shelter next to the railroad. There is no ticket office at this station. In Federal Fiscal Year 2005, there were 29,047 Amtrak boardings plus alightings at Middletown station [1]. Some Amtrak riders in the Harrisburg area, especially on weekdays, use Middletown station instead of the Harrisburg Transportation Center to avoid expensive downtown Harrisburg parking charges. Parking is free at Middletown station.

Capital Area Transit (CAT), based in Harrisburg, operates its Route 7 bus through Middletown less than one block (.1 mile) from the station.

There are plans to relocate the train station from its current location to a location adjacent to Harrisburg International Airport (HIA) along PA Route 230, roughly 1.5 miles west of Middletown. This relocation will occur after a new Amtrak/CAT CorridorOne railroad station is built next to the airport. The HIA Railroad Station will be close enough to the airport that only moveable and conventional walkways will be needed for access between the airport and the railroad station. Parking for rail users will be provided in a parking lot across PA 230, near an existing shopping plaza.
