Middle of Nowhere is the third album by American pop/rock group Hanson, and the first to be released on a major label. Released in 1997, it features slicker songwriting and production than their previous indie efforts Boomerang and MMMBop.
The album was generally well received by critics, and was eventually named to Rolling Stone's 150 Most Essential Albums of the Nineties. Middle Of Nowhere sold over ten million copies worldwide, and had hit singles "MMMBop", "Where's The Love", "I Will Come To You", "Weird", and "Thinking Of You".
