User:Michiel Sikma/Post-it notes

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tired of the same old static to do list? Want something more aesthetically appealing to put on your user page? The solution is here: simply use a post-it note!

[edit] Usage

In order to get a post-it note to appear on whichever page you'll want to use it on, simply use {{Post-it_[size]}} where [size] can be:

This will put one on the right side of the page. It's floating and will stack with other right floating elements such as most image tags. The contents of the note will be on the /Post_it page; so if you're putting one on your user page, the contents will be placed at the then non-existent page [[User:YourUsername/Post_it]]. You can follow this empty link and create the page just as you would create any other page.

Keep in mind that in order to see any edit changes you might make, you're going to have to purge the page the note resides on (see: how to do a purge).
