[edit] Deletion of Rough Guide CD ref

I deleted the ref to Rough Guide to Music in Japan as that was by MICHIHIRO Sato not Michiro Sato. The Sato on the Rough Guide CD is a traditional instrumentalist from the North of Japan. Michiro Sato is from Tokyo & a modern musician - I used to know Michiro when he was in London so I'm pretty sure he's not the same guy. The Michihiro on the Rough Guide CD is pretty good as well though!
