Seems legit to me; I replaced the defunct external link. The guy didn't place in the top 10, but the 2003 recall was a real phenomenon of some interest, and I guess this fellow was one of the several hundred candidates that made it so. Merely participating in the recall is not sufficient to make one notable. If his other accomplishments combine to make him notable, then that'd be different, but I don't see it adding up to any assertion of notability. But, as you say, there no harm in keeping it. I created this page because of his name, which is a darn funny one. Pretty much all, if not literally all of this man's media attention was for his name, not his campaign. -- user:zanimum
