[edit] Disc 1 Matches And Extras

[edit] Cactus Jack vs Vader for the WCW World Title

  • Took place on a taping of WCW Saturday Night.
  • Cactus Jack wins via countout.
  • Since WCW had a strict policy on blood not being shown on television at the time, the appearance of blood was edited out of the original broadcast. Blood was shown on the DVD thanks to an unedited copy of the match that Foley owned.
  • This match is missing the commentary by Jesse "The Body" Ventura, due to an early 1990s lawsuit involving videotape royalties filed by Ventura against WWE.

[edit] Cactus Jack and Maxx Payne vs The Nasty Boys

[edit] Cactus Jack vs Sabu from ECW

  • Sabu wins when Paul Heyman hits Cactus Jack with his telephone.
  • On the DVD, Foley said that fans might have been disappointed with the match since they expected to "see someone die."

[edit] Cactus Jack vs Chris Candido

  • This was the only match on the DVD to take place in Smokey Mountain Wrestling.
  • The chapter includes a pre match promo from Cactus Jack.
  • Cactus Jack wins the match after giving Candido a Double Arm DDT.

[edit] Cactus Jack vs The Sandman

  • Texas Death Match which took place in February 1995.
  • Foley does not consider this match one of his best, due to the fact that The Sandman suffered a concussion early in the match and thus is clearly dazed and confused throughout the match, seemingly forgetting the rules of the Last Man Standing gimmick. Foley did not even pick it for the DVD.
  • After giving the Sandman a DDT on the floor and pinning him for a three count, Cactus Jack is declared the winner after the Sandman was unable to answer the 10 count.

[edit] Cactus Jack and Raven vs Terry Funk and Tommy Dreamer

  • Tornado tag team match which took place in November 1995.
  • Cactus Jack had a shirt with WCW owner Eric Bischoff's face on it that he wore over his attire. Tommy Dreamer pulled the shirt over Cactus Jack's head so that his head would be covered with Bischoff's face on the shirt. He then punched him several times.

[edit] Cactus Jack vs Mikey Whipwreck

  • Match took place in March 1996.
  • Foley's last match in ECW before going to the World Wrestling Federation.
  • Cactus Jack wins the match. A wrestler leaving a company would normally lose his final match.
  • Foley said on the DVD that the standing ovation he got from the fans following the match may have been the greatest moment of his career.

  • Cactus Jack wins after giving Triple H a piledriver through a wooden table at the top of the entrance ramp.
  • Includes what many believe to be one of Foley's best promos in which he appeared as Mankind, Dude Love and Cactus Jack. In this promo, they all try to decide who would be the best opponent for Triple H. Foley ends the promo saying "Cactus Jack is back!"

[edit] Mick Foley vs Terry Funk

  • Falls Count Anywhere match which took place on an episode of Raw in May 1998.

  • The Undertaker was in Austin's corner for the match.
  • McMahon named Pat Patterson the guest ring announcer and Gerald Brisco the guest timekeeper. At various points during the match, McMahon told Patterson to announce that the match had no disqualifications and later, that pinfalls could take place anywhere.

[edit] Mankind vs The Rock

  • No Disqualification Match for the WWE Championship. Took place on Raw on January 4, 1999.

  • On rival promotion WCW's television show Monday Nitro, announcer Tony Schiavone mentioned Foley's title victory which was the main event of a taped Raw whereas Nitro was a live show. Schaivone sarcastically said of Foley's victory "That will put some butts in the seats."
