Michael Theoklitos (born February 11, 1981) is an Australian football (soccer) player who currently plays as a goalkeeper for the Melbourne Victory in the Hyundai A-League.

He made several appearances in the old National Soccer League for New Zealand Kingz and South Melbourne FC. He then moved to Blackpool F.C. in England where he played three games before moving back home to play in the Victorian Premier League for Bulleen Zebras. His performances made him the most consistent keeper in the league, subsequently helping them win the VPL final in a penalty shootout, saving three of the four shots kicked at his goal. He joined Melbourne Victory for their inaugural season in 2005/06.

In his first season with the Victory, it appeared initially that he would have to play second fiddle to Olympic Games representative Eugene Galekovic. However he received his chance towards the second half of the season and later cemented his spot as Victory's number one in goal.

The 2006-07 A-League season has been Theoklitos's breakthrough year. With seven clean-sheets to his name after only thirteen matches, he has firmly established himself as one of the best shot-stoppers in the country and his starting role in the Melbourne Victory line-up.
