Michael Spillane (born 23 March 1989 in Cambridge) is an Irish professional footballer currently playing as a Defender for Norwich City, although he is also at home in midfield.

On 30 June 2006 Spillane signed a full professional contract with Norwich.

Spillane made his full Norwich debut in the FA Cup third round defeat against West Ham United.

Spillane has also represented Republic of Ireland under-17's, for whom he is the captain, in the Algarve tournament and he is being tipped for big things by the Norwich City management staff.
