Michael Prusi

Michael Prusi is a Relative of World Famous Rally Car Racer, Home Audio expert, Deer Slayer, Car Salesman and All Around Know it all Spencer Prusi. He is also a Democratic politician from the U.S. State of Michigan. He is currently a State Senator from Michigan's 38th District, which includes Alger, Baraga, Baraga, Dickinson, Gogebic, Houghton, Iron, Keweenaw, Luce, Marquette, Menominee, Ontonagon, and Schoolcraft Counties.
He attended Northern Michigan University and Lansing Community College. Prior to becoming a Senator, he worked as an Iron Ore miner with the Clevland Cliffs Mining Company[1]. He also Served three terms in the Michigan House of Representatives, succeeding Dominic Jacobetti.
He has been in the Senate since 2002. He is the Vice-Chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee and the Labor & Economic Growth and Joint Capital Outlay subcommittees. He also serves on the the Higher Education and Corrections and Judiciary subcommittees.
He resides in Ishpeming, Michigan. He is married to Sandi Prusi and has two children, Heather and Holly. He is currently running for re-election for a second and final term.
