Michael Potter

Michael Potter (born in Australia) was a rugby league player for the Canterbury Bulldogs, St. George Dragons, Western Reds and for the New South Wales Rugby League team.

He joined St. George Dragons in 1989 as a fullback, and later as skipper. He retired from rugby in 1993, but returned for one more season with Western Reds in 1995.

The following year, 1996, he was assistant coach for the Bradford Bulls alongside Matthew Elliot. He remained here until 1999, when he took over the coaching position for New South Wales Under 17 squad

In February 2006, he was appointed Head Coach for the French Rugby team Catalans Dragons.
