Michael O'Hanlon

Michael E. O'Hanlon is a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution, specializing in defense and foreign policy issues who began his career as a budget analyst in the defense field. He is also a visiting lecturer at Princeton University, from which he earned an M.A. in 1988 and a PhD in 1991. He is regarded as one of the foremost foreign policy and military experts in the United States Democratic Party.
