Michael Newrzella

Michael Nerwzella (September 1967 - June 27, 1993) was a German police officer and member of the famous GSG 9. He was shot and killed by the Red Army Faction member Wolfgang Grams during an attempt to arrest Grams. The GSG 9 unit stated that Grams shot himself, but eyewitnesses stated that he had been executed by Nerwzellas colleagues.^{[citation needed]}
