Michael Legge (actor)

Michael Legge (born 1978 in Newry County Down, Northern Ireland) is a Northern Irish actor.
Attended St.Colman's Abbey Primary, Newry
He is best known for playing the part of Frank McCourt in the film Angela's Ashes (1999), directed by Alan Parker.
From November 2004 to April 2005 he appeared in the stage version of Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials novels in the National Theatre in London, England.
He will appear in the fourth series of Channel 4's Shameless in 2007.
