Michael J. Narcomey

Michael J. Narcomey (born 1946 in Eufaula, Oklahoma) is an American sculptor. Narcomey is one of the last remaining fullblood Creek Seminole Native American sculptors. He has works on permanent display at the National Museum of the American Indian in Washington, D.C.; National Cowboy Hall of Fame and the Western Heritage Museum, Oklahoma City; and the Philbrook and Gilcrease museums in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has been also been recognized as a Master Artist at the Five Civilized Tribes Museum in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Widely collected, Narcomey works primarily in wood.
