Michael Gasior

Michael Gasior (b. 1960) is the founder and President of AFS Seminars LLC (circa 1989) as well as their chief instructor and consultant.
He founded AFS Seminars after spending time with several Wall Street firms and a major European bank. He holds many securities licenses and industry designations and has authored ten textbooks on investments, and the investment markets. Over 300,000 people worldwide read his monthly newsletter. His radio program "Big Money with Mike Gasior", which aired worldwide on the VoiceAmerica Radio Network during 2005, was one the first shows ever to focus on the needs, concerns and issues faced by the world's largest investors.
Mr. Gasior is a recognized financial industry expert on the topics of complex fixed income instruments, derivatives, securities pricing and accounting, internal controls, investment operations and processing, statutory accounting and reporting for the insurance industry as well as Sarbanes-Oxley implementation for investment departments. He serves as an external consultant to many large institutional investor clients.
He has trained in excess of 35,000 people who have attended his live sessions during the past 17 years, has been the featured speaker to many financial industry associations and for hundreds of private corporate functions.
