Michael Feuer

Michael Feuer was a member of the Los Angeles City Council representing the fifth district. In 2001, when he was termed out of office, he ran for City Attorney but lost to Rocky Delgadillo in a close election. He is the current Democratic nominee for assemblyman of the 42nd California State District and is a Professor in the School of Public Policy at UCLA. Prior to his service on the council, he was the executive director of Bet Tzedek Legal Services and was a lawyer in private practice. He received both a Bachelors and Law degree from Harvard University.
