Michael Crowley

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Michael Crowley is an American journalist, and currently senior editor and columnist at The New Republic magazine. He is also a frequent contributor to GQ magazine, Slate.com, the Readers Digest, and the Washington City Paper. He guest-blogged for a time at Talking Points Memo.

He grew up in New Haven, Connecticut, graduating from Philips Exeter Academy in 1991 and Yale College in 1994.[1]

A character that Crowley claims is based on him [2], "Mick Crowley", appears in author Michael Crichton's 2006 novel, Next, as a child rapist. This comes after a March, 2006 cover story Crowley wrote for the New Republic on Crichton.
