[edit] Ja-whaaaat?

There are several entities here that are confusing. There is reference to "Jamaat" and "Jama'at" also to "Jamaat-e-Islami". It is not clear if these are the same thing or not. There is a position called ""Ameer-e-Jama'at" which I suppose is the same as "Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami" and which I guess means leader. But all this and other stuff needs to made clearer...
