The following is a list episodes from the CBS television series, CSI: Miami.
There are 24 each in Seasons one to three. The fifth season is currently airing in the United States. Since Executive Story Editor Corey Miller's BLOG denotes seasonal episodes, they have been addded as #num in date tableCells for season four.

However, the medical examiner determines that he has been dead for 72 hours and could not even have been alive at the time of the double-murder in Miami. However, there is an accident back at the lab with this crucial piece of evidence and Delko was the last person to handle it. Later, a man's body is discovered down an elevator shaft in a nearby building, and there is evidence to link the victims to a common killer. Now, as Horatio and the team find that the husband's defense team tampered with the crime scene, they must examine the evidence to find the couple's killers.
