This Tag doesn't seem like its working, so if you're going to delete this image again, pleas email me, and tell me how to fix this. I have permission to put this on the site, and plus I think its fair use anyway since it is used on the site I have taken most of my information from. Thanks!
- Thanks for contacting me(which you did by email). The best place to ask about these sort of questions is Wikipedia:Media copyright questions (as suggested below). I know that getting permission to use an image on Wikipedia only (distinct from getting it released under the GFDL) does not by itself make it legal to use on Wikipedia. As for the fair use claim, I personally don't feel able to offer an opinion. Try the folks at Media copyright questions. I only delete images that have been tagged as lacking a source by someone else, so hopefully, assuming you get the fair use issue straightened out, the image will never come to my attention again.
