Just as an update, I haven't forgotten the project I mentioned here previously ... I just created the template I will want to see added to some articles ... I'm waiting for some feedback on it before I request the actual tagging. See Template:BioDirFedJud and Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Law#New template for US federal judge bio articles.
