Each citizen travels 220 times each year? I don't think so. That would be true IF the metro served only and strictly the city of Bilbao. The metro serves: Bilbao (350,000), Barakaldo (100,000), Getxo (85,000),Sestao(35,000),Leioa(25,000),Erandio(24,000),Etxebarri (10,000) That's a total of 630,000, so the actual rate is more like 120 trips, which is a great rate but not an exagerated one.David 14:03, 5 April 2006 (UTC)
