The Metropolitan Hotel is a historic hotel, built on Asbury Avenue, in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The original structure dates back to the 1800s and the newer motel addition dates to the 1950s. The hotel was abandoned in the late 1980s, and has stood decaying ever since.

It is currently on the Monmouth County register of Historic places.
