Metroad 2 is a Metroad in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It links Windsor to the Sydney CBD.

  • Extremities: Sydney CBD to Windsor via Beecroft
  • Approximate length: 60km
  • Freeway-grade length: 30km
  • Replaced: National Route 1, State Route 28 (most - Carlingford to Artarmon via North Ryde), State Route 30 (most - Ryde to Castle Hill via Beecroft), and multiplexed with part of State Route 40
  • Names: Bradfield Highway, Warringah Freeway, Gore Hill Freeway, Longueville Road, Epping Road, M2 Hills Motorway, Old Windsor Road, Windsor Road.

Prior to the opening of the M2 Hills Motorway in 1997, the Metroad 2 route ran along Epping Road, Beecroft Road, Carlingford Road, Pennant Hills Road (Cumberland Highway), Castle Hill Road and Showground Road, before connecting to Windsor Road.

The M2 Hills Motorway was opened 26 May 1997, replacing sections of Metroad 2 between North Ryde and Baulkham Hills.
