Metro Coyoacán is a metro station on the Mexico City Metro. It is located in the Benito Juárez borough of Mexico City. It is at the intersection of Rio Churubusco Av. and Universidad Av. Right out side the station lies "Centro Coyoacan", a shopping mall.

The station logo depicts a coyote In fact, the Náhuatl word of Coyohuacan means place of coyotes. This station was originally to be named Metro Bancomer, due to Centro Bancomer, a banking center located above station, according to early plans for Line 3. Being this a commercial name, metro authorities decided to name the station after nearby Avenida Coyoacán.

This station has a cultural display, in which temporary exhibits of art students are presented.

Metro Coyoacán serves Del Valle and Del Carmen neighbourhoods.
