Method & Red
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Method & Red (sometimes written Method and Red) was a television program that first aired on FOX in June 2004. It starred rappers Method Man and Redman, along with Beth Littleford and David Henrie, and was seen as a sort of MMM watered-down successor to The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. FOX canceled the show in September 2004 with 4 of the 13 produced episodes remaining unaired after heated meetings with Method Man and Redman, who were not pleased with the show at all. The duo publicly bashed Fox several times after this.[citation needed]
Method Man was disappointed about the series for having a laugh track and FOX doing a bad job on editing. He had wanted it to be a normal sitcom in the vein of Arrested Development.[citation needed]
