  • It would be appropriate for the additional Mesabi information contained in this article to be incorporated into the Iron Range article, and for the Mesabi Range page to become a "#REDIRECT". Jerry picker 14:23, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Also, I question the geography of the "Iron Range" (as separate from the "Mesabi Range") in this article. The Gunflint portion of the range is in far northeastern Cook County, more than 100 miles east of Duluth/Two Harbors by longitude, and extending into Ontario, Canada. The Cuyuna portion of the range is far to the southeast, in Crow Wing county. Jerry picker 14:23, 11 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Class Action lawsuit deleted - I am putting it back in

Why was the following entire section of this article deleted? NO comments were added to support the move so I am putting it back in as per the NPOV policy of Wikipedia. The statement is a fact, and now that the Academy Nominated film North Country has been in the spotlight, the class action lawsuit is clearly what the range is known for in the public mind.

If anyone has an objection to this, please comment in the talk pages and substantiate your reasons for removing this historical fact from this entry.
