The Messianic Jewish Alliance of America (MJAA) was formerly known as the Hebrew Christian Alliance of America until 1975. It was founded in 1915 and is the largest association of Messianic Jews worldwide. They are also made up of the Young Messianic Jewish Alliance and the International Alliance of Messianic Congregations and Synagogues.

Various missions outreaches include The Joseph Project, Nehemiah Project, Russian Emergency Aliyah Fund, Messianic Jewish Israel Fund, and Operation Tikvah.
