Mess with MSN Messenger is a website dedicated to the Microsoft instant messaging software applications, MSN Messenger, Windows Messenger, and Windows Live Messenger. The website is run by Belgian Pieter Dom, who uses the pseudonym "dwergs" in his blog style postings.
Founded in September 2001 it was the first MSN Messenger website providing tips, tricks and downloads (add-ons and modifications) for mentioned software, and to this date it is still updated regularly with the latest news on the applications.
An internet forum is also run by the site for discussion about the applications, which, as of November 1 2006 has just over 16,000 registered users.
The site has a strong relationship with Messenger Plus! and is sometimes given exclusive screenshots of unreleased Messenger Plus! versions.
In recent years, Mess.be have produced CustoMess, an application which is a completely free and automatic installer for emoticons, display pictures, backgrounds and fonts, which, according to the site, achieved its millionth download in July 2006.
The site's "Mess with" slogan is used in conjunction with one of the randomly generated logos at the top left of the page.
